KoRn has been my FAVORITE band and an unhealthy obsession of mine since 1996 and my love for them is still unwavering at the age of 39. They are like family to me at this point. When they hurt, I hurt. I watched them get older as I grew with them from my preteens into the onset of middle age and I'm always grateful that they're still touring and releasing music. I would like them to know that for some of us out here, what they do is far greater than just entertainment. They are comfort, understanding, empathy, a fatherly influence and an outlet for pent up frustration in a world that is beautiful and tragic. They've even strengthened my faith in God. I hope they never feel like what they do is shallow and meaningless, because they are truly the exception in a music industry that only cares about numbers.
