Korn's whole thing was just so groundbreaking. It's crazy how they basically started the whole genre of Nu Metal. They made this sound mainstream. It's hard to wrap your head around just how much of an effect they had on music.

Every single instrument in Korn had a distinctive sound. You knew exactly who you were listening to immediately. That clunky, slinky bass, the hard firecracker pop of David's snare and funky beat, the filthy, whining 7 strings of Head and Munky, and of course, Jon's distinctive vocals. Perfect chemistry in a band.

I'll never forget meeting Brian. I was supposed to attend a meet and greet for Korn but the ticket company screwed up and failed to get in contact with me to confirm a time to arrive at the venue. So i showed up to the venue an hour early, and they told me i had missed the entire meet and greet. The show was amazing but i still felt dissapointed. So as i was leaving, I got lucky enough to randomly meet Brian, when he came out to sign autographs after the show. I told him everything that happened and he genuinely seemed like he felt bad for me.I told him i would just buy tickets for the next show. So he pulled me aside. Then he asked "Do u have tickets for the next show already?" I said no, and he told me "i'm going to put you on the guest list for the next show". I coulden't believe it. He had me write my name down, and i put my brothers down as well since he had never been to a concert, and he was the one who got me into korn. To my amazement two days later we showed up at the next venue and he got me and younger brother two tickets right up front in the pit, and we were brought backstage after the show, ate pizza and head had the whole band sign an album for us. I still can't believe that it wasent a dream. Brian Welch you are an amazing human being for doing this out of the kindness of your heart. Me and my brother will never forget it.

I liked this whole somg since I was 12. I would pretend i left my cd player at school when they would ask for there CD back. My brother knew. So he burned a CD for me from limewire. People have always thought I’m a good 2 shoes. But inside. Very judgmental and hateful. Thankfully America and Spain is better. Also Irbil Iraq. But. I tried to join CIA after college. I got first phone interview but never was called back. I wanted to be like my brothers. They said go CIA. Sadly. Fight with my mother and mental meds disqualified me. After my father passed. My whole family is navy. My husband included. I live bicuriously through my husband and older brothers. Soon lil bro.

This song is so legendary. I remember when it first came out when i was like 15 and there was nothing that sounded like korn. From the bass to the grooves with the vocals that spoke to me coming from a broken home. I loved it and still do. Then i got to see them live when i was 16 during this time and the performance was the best ive ever seen till this day.
