I'll never forget meeting Brian. I was supposed to attend a meet and greet for Korn but the ticket company screwed up and failed to get in contact with me to confirm a time to arrive at the venue. So i showed up to the venue an hour early, and they told me i had missed the entire meet and greet. The show was amazing but i still felt dissapointed. So as i was leaving, I got lucky enough to randomly meet Brian, when he came out to sign autographs after the show. I told him everything that happened and he genuinely seemed like he felt bad for me.I told him i would just buy tickets for the next show. So he pulled me aside. Then he asked "Do u have tickets for the next show already?" I said no, and he told me "i'm going to put you on the guest list for the next show". I coulden't believe it. He had me write my name down, and i put my brothers down as well since he had never been to a concert, and he was the one who got me into korn. To my amazement two days later we showed up at the next venue and he got me and younger brother two tickets right up front in the pit, and we were brought backstage after the show, ate pizza and head had the whole band sign an album for us. I still can't believe that it wasent a dream. Brian Welch you are an amazing human being for doing this out of the kindness of your heart. Me and my brother will never forget it.

Every single instrument in Korn had a distinctive sound. You knew exactly who you were listening to immediately. That clunky, slinky bass, the hard firecracker pop of David's snare and funky beat, the filthy, whining 7 strings of Head and Munky, and of course, Jon's distinctive vocals. Perfect chemistry in a band.

Now I’m an old guy listening to the old korn songs. Thinking that Luzier has been more in the band than Silveria, but it will never sound like it sounded when Silveria was in the band 😢

Hahaha! I've got the ravaged little doll from "Issues" hanging from the kitchen light, just above me. I'm 65 & hubs is 73. Recently I forgot we'd seen Bowie live. The Spider Tour and he floated down on a thread of a web to the stage of the, then, New Orleans Superdome. That was a long way down. We saw KoЯn years ago in Chicago. Fantastic show. Jonathan wore kilts. Pink Floyd was a life changer in the '70's. Pantera gave us VIP back stage passes to Oz Fest , vip, took our son and a friend. We were onstage just behind the band playing. That was courtesy of Phil, Sr.who we'd known from pre-Phil Jr. Security kept stopping the guys and band members would chase them off Incubus, Papa Roach, P>O>D. Staind, NIN twice!
