The chorus took me by surprise when I first listened to this song. I love the key change and how melodic it is compared to the heaviness of the rest of track.

yes! I do not understand why people think korn changed so drastically. Yes they lost key members and that can not change a band to some degree. But Korn has always maintained integrity for over 20 years all the while growing in fan base. Name 5 bands that can say that. Korn has maintained integrity while making (most fans happy. This is such a different vibe than anything they’ve done before. The arrangements are super interesting, the riffs are massive but the chorus is so ethereal and has such a trippy vibe to it. JD smashed the vocals and melodies on this one. So amazing
