I was an awful human being back then but I've changed my ways to be a moral and just individual. But back then. My hatred consumed me, and I never would have seen how soulless my life could turn, if I hadn't heard this song

LITERALLY MY FAVORITE SONG FROM ISSUES

I remember driving 45 mins with 4 other friends across the state line to go buy this album. I lived in a VERY religious and VERY dry county. They didnt sell alcohol, so they damn sure wasnt going to sell the "devils music". We brought it back and jammed out in my friends living room for like 3 hours. Taking adderall, smoking cigarettes and talking...all 5 of us. So fun.

Jon on drums givss this track a really different feel. I love it. It got its world debut on the Radio One show in the UK during the middle of the night. I recorded it onto tape and went to my cleaning job before college at 0500, and I counted 43 listens and a set of batteries by the time I got to college later in the day. It was addictive because it was so different to anything on FTL.

I let my Spotify play while I slept and this is one of the songs that came up in recommended. I never woke up so quickly from a nap before

When people talk about disturbing songs, they always miss KoRn. The most disturbing songs are Daddy, Trash, Polly and R*pe me. All of them based on True, horrifically disgusting events. Jon being abused by his babysitter created some of the best songs in my opinion, since he turned his experiences into these masterpieces.

I know this song is about cheating (I think, just from what I’ve been told) but it reflects a different way to me. I have a tendency to indulge in others feelings, examining and twisting them into my own little lies so I can feel like I have control. I’ve always had a habit of acting like I couldn’t give a fuck about anything, putting up this act of confidence and filling all of words with lies, when in reality I just can’t get over this aching feeling deep in me. The deep self annoyance I feel always reflects onto others and then I take out on myself later, just building to that pile of shit.
