I should've been good I should've been down I couldn't let go What could I do? @dylancastellanos873 жыл бұрын
@@LeadMe2TheBliss In all honesty, they never really claimed to be a metal band. They were just labeled as Nu-Metal after they debuted, and the title just stuck. I admit that I tend to use the term Metal when describing Korn because it's what I thought they were when I first heard them as a kid over 20 years ago. But I shouldn't since that isn't quite that they are. It's fans and music critics who say they're Metal. It's probably why some fans didn't like it when Korn, for awhile, deviated from their heavier sounds post debut. In fact, every member has been adamant over the years about how Korn isn't a Metal band. They can't really be considered rock/funk either, considering that their music doesn't quite fall into that genre, either. They're just a band with a mashup of sounds that evolves over the years, alternating between heavy, light, groove, pop-esque, dubstep, etc.

saw them this year and they were my first metal show ever; every single fucking song THUNDERED through me--thank you so much korn for that experience :) --a 17 y/o fan

They were my first concert in 2011, after being a fan since their first album (yes, I'm that old, lol). I've seen them twice, the second time was with my 12-year-old for her first concert (Korn and Rob Zombie). I'm dying to see them a third time, and I *love* that young ones like yourself and my daughter enjoy the band as much as GenXers like me.

This song is so real to people like me. I'm a skitzophrenic that got through it all and freed myself from social media curses. " Break away the pain and start the healing" is right man. Go korn!! They are still putting out hits that are now positive. A+

Just so you know, Jonathan has schizophrenia also. He doesn't talk about it.

Dude, “the nothing” broke me. Listening to it I had a full mental breakdown and ended up in mental hospital. But at the same time, listening to the nothing rebuilt me into a stronger and better man than I ever was before. Korn has some serious power that I can’t explain but I feel in all their music.

This album is definitely promising. And the fact it’s #13 on trending makes me happy because I feel the metal genre is dying. And Korn has always been part of my childhood. This is an excellent song. Keep going

??? Metal is the fast growing music genre today. The eclectic mix of hybrid styles dominates the genre and bands are producing amazing material these days. I feel there has never been a better time to be metal fan than right now. The last few years have seen some of the best music I’ve ever heard. So excuse me if I have no idea what your talking about. I’m truly sorry you don’t hear any of it.

I started to listen to korn when I was 8. Twenty years has passed and all your lyrics still have a personal meaning to me. It's helping me through bad moments and also give me strengh to face everything. I will never stop listening Korn till my finals days. You are awesome and always will be.
