I'm obsessed with the feel of this. Its got a spring feel that comes naturally from the folk sound, but a coldness in the lyrics. It feels like March, if that makes sense? I dunno. I fucking love it.

The Nothing is SO AMAZING.. This entire album is so dark and heavy. 😢 RIP to beautiful and troubled wife of Jonathan. Can't believe he still wrote the lyrics to this masterpiece mere months after her passing. Ty for letting us all in on your pain and mourning. It's more carthadic than you will ever know.

There's in chorus some unusual interval connection between chords itself but also between guitars and vocals, very unique, as much as on a first albums, dark and mysterious. The whole song is just great.

Was an honor seeing you guys this summer with my 18 year old daughter who is now a huge Korn fan like me. First show since 98 and you guys still kill it live and Jonathan really pours his soul out for his fans night after night. Legends.

I love the chorus but I can't get with the verses. I don't know why. Sometimes I feel Korn is chasing their old sound too much and I think some of the fans are to blame for feeling entitled to them making their old music again. That's not how it works. I still enjoy their music though. Coming from Tool, Meshuggah, Gojira, Animals As Leaders, I just can't find the same enthusiasm for Korn anymore. I will always love them and support them by getting the albums but my taste in music has gotten a bit more complex. But always respect for Korn and especially JD who puts his heart and soul into the lyrics. That's something you can't knock. Sadly a people pleaser at times but he's one tough mf. I always wish him the best in life because of what he's had to go through.

@Ice Kold Killa - I just posted my thoughts above and have exactly the same feelings as you - this does Nothing for me anymore, the drums are bland and lacking creativity, the guitars are the same model riffs with nothing new; jonathans vocals are ok but his timing on lyrics is just lacking any drive. I have seen them play over 10x's since '94 and was their biggest supporter back 25 years ago, sadly not a single song on the album went into my play list.
